Karen Blakelock is a Policy Analyst, Energy, with the U.S. Climate Alliance. She conducts research and analysis on climate and energy issues related to decarbonization policy for buildings and power and supports Alliance states in developing and implementing climate policy. Prior to joining the Alliance, Blakelock was an Environmental Policy Analyst with the Vermont Agency of Transportation. She holds a Master of Environmental Law and Policy degree from the Vermont Law School and a B.A. from St. Lawrence University.
