Kenny Hua joined the U.S. Climate Alliance as a Research and Analysis Intern in June 2023, focusing on state-level climate policies. Kenny is currently a BA candidate in Asian American Studies and an MS candidate in Earth Systems at Stanford University. He previously served as the Climate Justice Fellow at the Walter and Elise Haas Fund to assist climate resilience in San Francisco’s marginalized communities. Throughout his undergraduate career, Kenny has gained practical experience in climate justice and environmental literacy. Originally from Southern California’s Inland Empire, he is passionate about addressing climate impacts on public health, such as the many he witnessed in his hometown.
