Senior Associate, Programs

Anne (alt. Annie) Seefeldt is a Senior Associate for Programs with the U.S. Climate Alliance, where she manages grant programs to support Alliance states in the design and implementation of climate policy. Prior to joining the Alliance Secretariat, Anne served as Mediator and Program Associate at Meridian Institute, where she led facilitation, project management, and research to enhance multi-stakeholder collaboration on water infrastructure, small scale food systems, energy, and circular economy initiatives. Dedicated to advancing and amplifying place-based climate progress, highlights of Anne’s work include convening California state leaders on a water management pathway for the San Joaquin Valley, sitting down with Louisiana fishermen to translate their input into a USDA Rural Development strategy for the state’s inland fisheries, and attending COP28 to support an intergovernmental collaborative on deforestation.

 

Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota.
