New Jersey Moves Closer to 100% Clean Energy by 2035

In February 2023, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy moved the state closer toward clean electricity generation by setting an accelerated target of 100% clean energy by 2035. This new target means that, by 2035, all electricity sold in the state will come from renewable sources of electricity.
