To cut GHG emissions from the industrial sector by at least 20% below 2015 levels by 2030, Colorado’s Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Energy Management for Manufacturers (GEMM) regulation requires energy-intensive industrial facilities to demonstrate they are controlling their GHG emissions through regular energy and emissions audits.
