Ashley Donohue is the Chief of Staff at the U.S. Climate Alliance. In this role she supports the Executive Director to drive forward organizational decisions and execute on key strategic priorities. She leads the operational functions of the Secretariat, which include annual budgeting and planning, implementation of the Alliance’s new governance structure, contracts management and compliance, hiring, staff development, logistics for convenings, and more! Immediately prior to joining the Alliance, Ashley oversaw research operations as the Director of Research and Policy Engagement at Resources for the Future, an environmental economics think tank in Washington, D.C. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Government and a Master’s degree in History from New Mexico State University and resides in Washington, D.C.
