Joséphine Crespo Helm is a Policy Intern with the U.S. Climate Alliance, where she supports Federal and Natural & Working Lands policy through research, resource development, and workshop planning. Prior to joining the Alliance, she was an intern at the Plastic Pollution Coalition and a political science research assistant at Yale University. Crespo Helm also works as a Policy Analyst at Our Climate, where she engages stakeholders across sectors to shape federal and state environmental legislation and executes successful advocacy campaigns. Crespo Helm is a rising junior at Yale University, where she is pursuing a B.A. in Ethics, Politics, and Economics with a certificate in Climate Science and Solutions.
