From the Governor

The aftermath of Hurricane Helene has only reminded North Carolinians that we need to keep building a safer, stronger, and more resilient state. North Carolina is committed to promoting energy efficiency, deploying clean energy, and making our energy infrastructure more storm-resistant. We know that we can put money back in people’s pockets, strengthen our economy, reduce carbon emissions, and create a clean energy future.
